David Schmidt is Senior Director of Quality.  He has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device development including 10 years as a Quality Consultant.  David has previously held Scientist and Quality management positions at Labrys Biologics, InterMune, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, AeroGen, Orquest, and Celtix Pharmaceuticals.  At Tallac, David will lead the development of Quality Systems and provide Quality oversight for all aspects of clinical drug substance/drug product manufacturing and testing.  David holds a B.A in biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
